Robert Walter Koskela, known to many as Bob, passed away suddenly at the age of 69 years, on January 23, 2020, at University Hospital in Prince George, BC. He is survived by his wife Marie, oldest son Jody (Ellerie) grandsons Morgan (Olivia), Ethan, Nolan, Nathan, oldest daughter Haidee, grandchildren Ryland, Tyler John, daughter Taimi (Andrew) grandchildren Beckett, Blake, daughter Tracy (Stuart) grand- daughter Lincoln, youngest son David, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
As per Bob's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life and the spreading of his ashes will take place on the Pacific Ocean in Sointula, BC in the summer. A candle ceremony will take place in Finland at the same time as Bob's ashes are spread, so his family and friends in Finland can say their goodbyes.
