We regret to announce the tragic death on June 22, 2009, of Robert Bruce Peoples of Cherryville, at the age of 46 years. Rob was born in Prince George, and was a resident of the Lumby-Vernon-Cherryville area for over 30 years. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Lisa and son Dylan; daughters Courtney and Candice; parents George and Marj of Vernon, brother Dennis of Houston, BC; and sisters Janet (and son Joey) of Vernon and Sherry (Al) of Andrew, Alberta, and many extended family members. A Celebration of Life Service was held on Saturday, June 27, at 2:00 p.m. in the White Valley Community Centre in Lumby, with the Reverend Lily Watson officiating.
