November 12, 1929 - January 16, 2021
Born in 1929 in Trehearne Manitoba to Willard and Pearl Ransome, her Father passed from illness in 1932.
Noreen came from Manitoba in 1937 with her mother and brothers when her mother married Herb Jarman of Perow, BC.
In 1946, she married Harvey Scott living in Perow until 1955 when Houston became their home. Her life was dedicated to making her town a better place. Her family was her everything. She is dearly missed.
