Lillian was born and raised in Nelson, B.C. With 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She was often known as the girl from Texas because she spent 32 years there raising her family. She found her way back to her native Canada when she met her soulmate William Kempple and married him in 1985.
Lillian never met a stranger and lived life to the fullest. She always had a spunky attitude and you never had to wonder what she was thinking. She enjoyed travelling, fishing, and relaxing at Babine Lake with family and friends.
Lillian is survived by her husband, Bill Kempple of Houston, B.C., her brother Edward Swain of Creston, B.C., 3 daughters, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
