Passed away April 15, 2010 in Smithers BC hospital after a battle with cancer. Ken was born June 9, 1927 in Carmen Manitoba. He went to school in Elm Creek. He moved around Alberta and Northern British Columbia working as an equipment operator and heavy duty mechanic. He married Doreen in Calgary on January 28, 1956. Ken moved the family to Houston BC in 1970.
Survived by two sons Donald and Jesse (wife Marj), grandchildren Bradley and Jennifer, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by wife Doreen, brothers Jim, Dave and Ron, sisters Ina, Jean, Ada, Iva and Jessie. Ken was well known in the community and will be sadly missed by all.
