July 4, 1974 - April 10, 2020
Passed away at the age of 45 peacefully, but suddenly in his home in Houston, BC on Friday April 10, 2020.
Josh is predeceased by his father Alonzo Brockerville, his fraternal grandparents Beatrice and Emmanuel Brockerville, Patrick Hynes and his cousin Brandon Brockerville. He is also predeceased by his maternal grandparents Eileen and Robert Kelly, special Uncle and friend Rudy Kelly and Uncle Gord Kelly.
Leaving to celebrate his life are his mother Theresa Brockerville, sister Kim (Eric) Klawitter, nieces Marisa and Alyvia, nephew Marshall, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.
Josh was born in St. Lawrence, Newfoundland July 4th, 1974. He moved to Houston with his mom and dad when he was 4 and became a proud big brother in 1978 to his sister, Kim. Josh has travelled from coast to coast throughout his life, but finally settled down back in Houston. He loved to play hockey when he was younger, and was very good at it, with his favourite team being the Detroit Red Wings. Josh had a heart of gold and was always looking out for the underdog. He was a hard worker and he was never afraid of a hard day's work.
He loved his family and friends very much and always looked out for each of them. His family take comfort in knowing that he's now at peace in heaven watching hockey and making up for lost time with his father and Uncle Rudy. Fly high Joshie Pickle, until we meet again.
Josh will be laid to rest next to his father in Lawn, NL at a date to be determined.
