George came to Houston in 1975 where he found work at a local mill. He worked there for 34 years.
He started a photography business because photography was his passion. He’s been welcomed into many homes taking wedding pictures, family portraits, grad pictures and passport photos. George took photos of every sport there was in Houston.
He was also President of the Houston Lions Club , helping with the jam pail curling and triathlon for kids. At his home, he would have his friends and neighbours over for a sliding party on New Year’s Eve and an Easter egg hunt during Easter.
George loved summer and winter camping and fishing. He was also a good friend of Santas in the Houston Mall and other organizations. Most of all, he was always there to help with his friends and family. He will be sadly missed by the ones who knew him.
