Allan Ronald Boyd born April 7th, 1941 in McBride British Columbia. Passed away on December 24th, 2011 in Houston British Columbia, after a short battle with stomach cancer. He is survived by his spouse Carol, his eight children: Tracy, Robin, Adrian, Jessica, Jordan, Russell, Jared, and Spencer.
His five grandchildren Aiden, Isaac, Hudson, Illyanna, and Charlie.
Allan served in the Canadian Royal Navy during peace time and worked in mining and forestry after his service. He enjoyed the time he served as a volunteer ambulance attendant with the BC Ambulance Service. He served on the Houston town council. He was committed to the British Columbia Brain Injury Association.

He will be missed by his family and friends.
