Authors of crime and adventure thrillers continue to dominate the adult fiction most read list judging from information provided by the Houston Public Library for 2023.

Lee Child’s Reacher series even figures in two categories — his 27th in the series, ‘No Plan B’, is third in adult non-fiction while the DVD Reacher Season 1 collection is first in that category.

Meanwhile, the top juvenile fiction read, “To Be or Not to Be”, is based on Minecraft, considered the most popular video game of all time.
