“I love my job,” said Wendy Prebble. Wendy has been in the Houston Secondary High School’s kitchen for the last five years and prepares breakfast for the students for both the high school and Twain Sullivan Elementary. Students eat breakfast for free every morning. Such items as waffles and berries, egg bites, yogurt parfait cups are available until lunch time. Prebble does all the grocery shopping, food prep and cooking to ensure that the students are happy with their nutritional meals. Every lunch special is only $3 per meal and Prebble ensures that the portions are fitting for hungry teenagers.
