Houston ringette girls off to BC Winter Games

Taylor Standbridge, Hanna Cockle, Emily Broerville, Nevada Hardy, Lia Pottinger, Mary Odge, Rebecca Sketchley, Meghan Williams, Karsyn Niven and Marley Clayton; coaches Kari Niven and Dwayne Anderson. The games were held in Kamloops. The games started Feb. 22 and finished Feb. 25 with over 1700 athletes competing at this years games. Friday they lost to Zone 5 - Vancouver Coast and Zone 3 - Thompson Okanagan. Saturday they won against Zone 4 - Fraser Rover and Sunday they lost to Zone 8 - Central B.C.
