Photos: Houston Fire Department hoses down students

School-year-end tradition brought joy to students, firefighters alike

On June 24 at 2p.m. the Houston Fire Department arrived at Twain Sullivan School and parked at the west side of the school. Within ten minutes of setting up, the hoses were spraying the students down. Students were running in and out of the spray of water coming from two hoses. Some youth had swim suits while others were fully clothed. This event is an annual tradition to mark the year end of school. Everyone had a great time, even the fire fighters.
