The beautiful sun shiny day and -5 weather made for a great day for the Houston Search and Rescue team, fire department, RCMP and the ambulance paramedics to be on site and greet and gather donations for the Salvation Army Christmas Hamper and Food Security programs. Houston shoppers were most generous with their food donations. Buy Low extended their case lot sale to coordinate with the food drive. Allowing shoppers to give donations while saving too. Spreading the Christmas cheer with donating to the Salvation Army with debit card was a welcoming site at the Cram the Cruiser food drive held in the Buy Low parking lot on Dec. 2 with it starting at 10 a.m. More pictures on page 8.
