Gallery: Spaghetti dinner raises money in Houston

Proceeds to fund Beanstalk Daycare

The Beanstalk Daycare organized a spaghetti dinner with a silent auction to raise funds for programming. The doors opened at 5 p.m. and closed at 8 p.m.  The dinner was held at the Houston Community Hall and seated family and friends. The dinner included a generous portion of pasta and sauce, a bun, Caesar salad, dessert and beverages. After the dinner the silent auction closed and the recipient who had the highest bid won their prize. Hand crafted pictures, garden stone hand prints, candles, and donated items were all up for auction. Many of the crafts went for $40 or more. It was a very successful night for the Beanstalk Daycare.
