Gallery: Houston Public Library hosts Easter egg hunt

Lego sets given as top prizes

Outside the Houston Public Library on April 12 youth ages 3-12 eagerly waited for the doors to open for the annual Easter Egg Hunt. Each youth was given a laminated egg with a distinct design on it. The kids then look for hidden eggs with that design on it throughout the library. The more eggs found gives each person a better chance at winning a prize as they are then put into a draw. There were some great prizes of Lego sets. Everyone else received goodie bags packed full of treats.
