Houston Minor Hockey Awards were held at The Plaza on April 2. The event started at 6 p.m. with family, friends, coaches, support people and the young athletes all in house. The coaches did a wind up of the season and gave their players supportive words to take with them to next season. Here are the results: Most Dedicated: U7-Kyler L'Hirondelle, U9- Elias Kinsey, U11- Chase Miller, U13- Corey Clarke & Mylee Roney and U18- Liam Rennie. Most Improved: U7- Bohdi Timms, U9- Tucker Schulmeister, U11- Merrick Giesbrecht, U13- Kale Tobin and U19- Jason Moman. Most Team Spirit: U7- Phoenix Cole, U9- Jacob Clarke, U11- Brody Moman, U13- Linden Sjoden and U18- Michaela Vigneaux. certificates and awards are sponsored by the Esso Medals Program.
