Living library enthralls Twain Sullivan students

Twain Sullivan students had a chance to learn about the lives, experiences and occupations of a wide variety of Houston residents as the annual Living Library Week took place at the school Nov. 4-7, 2024.

From outfitters to fisheries specialists to the early days of Houston, living 'books' passed on their knowledge to students.

The Living Library Week has become a regular event at the school and was developed by librarian Tanya Margerm who adapted the concept after learning about a similar educational program in Denmark.
