Summer reading club registration party at the Houston Public Library on July 6, 2017 had 74 people in attendance. There were a multitude of games and crafts for kids to enjoy like an obstacle course outside, making your own summer adventure journal, active video games, and tons of healthy and delicious snacks to enjoy on the hot summer day. The summer reading club begins next week and is free and available for children between the ages of three to 12. Though the registration party is over, the library is still accepting registrants.
