Gallery: Stepping stone craft at Houston community garden

On July 24, 2017 at the Houston community garden site, 15 people attended the free stepping stone craft event where people created their own artistic stepping stones. “They were able to take them home,” said Mia Mcgonigal, family literacy coordinator for the Houston Link to Learning. “What ever is left we will put into the garden.” Next event at the community garden, the one by Park Lane, is starting at on Aug. 14, 2017 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. For more information call the Houston Link to Learning at 250-845-2727.
