Gallery: After school games for young children at the Library

At the Houston Public Library on Dec. 7, 2017 there was after school games where kids ages seven and up built with Lego what they hope to receive from Santa this Christmas. Over 35 kids participated in the after school game day. After each child built their Christmas wish-gift, they were entered into a draw to win a Lego kit. The Houston Public Library has many events going on this holiday season. Including partnering with the Houston Link to Learning to bring Santa Claus on Dec. 14, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. and their 12 days of Christmas where for the next 12 days all sorts of games, crafts, and more will be at the library and online. Be sure to check out their Facebook page to stay up to date with the latest events, or call the Houston Public Library at 250-845-2256 for more information. (Ann Marie Hak photos)
