Shane Andrew Everett
?July 24, 1987 – July 11, 2017
It is with very saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Shane Everett, boyfriend, son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend.
Shane was born July 24, 1987 in Kamloops, BC and was sadly taken from us on July 11, 2017.
He grew up in Kamloops and moved to Houston, BC in 2012 where he met the love of his life, Jen. There he enjoyed various outdoor activities including camping, fishing, golfing, boating and quadding, along with spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his girlfriend Jennifer Lewis of Houston, BC, parents Gregg and Becky Everett, brother Marc Everett, sister-in-law Michelle and his beautiful niece Sierra, his grandmothers Valene Everett and Phyll Nelson, all from Kamloops, BC, along with his many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfathers Wayne Everett and Lyle Nelson.
Shane also leaves behind to mourn his loss, Jen’s parents Corinne Vaughan and Ken Lewis, Jen’s sister Sara and niece Laney (whom he spent many happy hours with) along with his many friends in Houston.
Shane had a great love for animals and he leaves behind his dog Luna and two cats, Leroy and Stanley.
We thank you for each and every moment we got to spend with you Shane. Your smile will never be forgotten you will be forever in our hearts!
A memorial service for friends and family will be held on August 26, 2017 at the Houston Community Hall at 1pm.
