On July 18, 2017 at the District of Houston council chambers it was announced that Steve Wright, Devin McKilligan, Greg Mcleod, and Lars Hobenshield were selected as the new board of directors for Dungate Community Forests pending council’s approval.
“All four applicants have accepted the invitation to serve on the board of directors, and will fill the vacancies created with the departure of Jerry Veillette, Arnold Amonson, Bob Clee and Russell Tiljoe from the board of directors” stated the report.
The appointment will be for a period of one year. Shareholders of the corporation will the review the year at the next annual general meeting.
