On Nov. 9, 2017, a crane lined up and placed the new living quarter units on the foundation site at Cottonwood Manor. The two independent living wings were demolished earlier this year to be replaced by two units consisting of eight living quarters each, for a total of 16 living spaces, some of them wheelchair friendly. The project is scheduled to be complete by Jan. 31, 2018.
